Why we do this
For most hospitality businesses, energy is one of the biggest fixed costs. Yet hardly any owner has time to compare contracts. You are in the kitchen, behind the bar or busy with your staff. Meanwhile the contract quietly rolls over, often onto a more expensive rate. Dutch contracts, terms and jargon make it even harder if Dutch is not your first language.
That is why we started Energiecollectief Horeca. We take the comparing and switching off your hands, so you can focus on your guests.
What we do
- We compare offers from 20+ energy suppliers, for small and large connections.
- We look at your real usage and opening hours, not an average.
- We explain the differences: fixed or variable, term, fixed charges and conditions.
- If you agree, we arrange the switch. Your electricity and gas keep running.
How we earn money
The consultation and the comparison are free. If you switch to a supplier through us, we receive a fee from that supplier. You pay us nothing. If you decide not to switch, that is fine too.

We work with more than 20 energy suppliers in the Netherlands, from big names to smaller players. That way we can find a suitable offer for every business, whether you run a small café or several locations.
How we keep in touch
All advice is given in a call on request. You leave your details through the form and we call you back at a time that suits you. On working days we often call back within 10 minutes.
